This card's balance is in U.S. dollars and can only be applied to US orders, shipped within the continuous US 48 states. Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Larktale is not responsible for lost cards or unauthorized usage. Original proof of purchase is required to issue a replacement for lost card numbers, and will be issued for remaining balance only on original card. If purchase exceeds the unused balance payment must be provided for the excess at the time of purchase. The card will retain any unused balance without expiration.
