With our Extended Warranty, you'll receive an additional 2 years of protection for a total of 4 years guaranteed against manufacture defects on your Larktale caravan, caravan coupe, sprout or crossover stroller/wagon.

What is covered:
With our Extended Warranty, you'll receive an additional 2 years of protection, for a total of 4 years guaranteed against manufacture defects on your Larktale stroller/wagon. In the unlikely event you have an issue with your stroller/wagon that is caused by manufacturing flaws, we will repair or replace the impacted parts at no charge, for a total of 4 years from the date of your wagon purchase.
The Extended Warranty is only applicable when a claim is made by the original owner of the Product and only valid when purchased within 2 years of your applicable Product purchase date from Larktale.com or from an authorized Larktale retailer.
What is not covered:
The Extended Warranty protects against manufacture defects and will not apply where damageis caused to the Product by external factors including but not limited to:
• Misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance of the Product.
• Improper installation of parts and/or accessories.
• The use of a part or accessory that is not manufactured by Larktale.
• Corrosion, mold, rust or deterioration caused by environmental conditions.
• Lack of proper maintenance and servicing.
• Normal wear and tear of the Product, including everyday or extensive use.
• Damage caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage or frequent washing.
• 3rd party repairs or modifications not approved by Larktale.
• The use of the Product for any commercial purpose.
• If the product was involved in an accident or damage caused by airlines, freight or other transportation services.
The Extended Warranty will not apply to any product where the serial number has been damaged or removed from the product.
The Extended Warranty will not be valid on a product that was purchased more than 24 months prior to the purchase of the extended warranty.
In order to be valid, the Extended Warranty must be purchased before the original 2-year warranty on your product expires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, a date-stamped proof of purchase for
both the Larktale stroller/wagon and the Extended Warranty will be required to file a claim within the Extended Warranty period. If you received your stroller/wagon as a gift, this information will need to be requested from the original purchaser to file your claim.
No problem! If you purchased your stroller/wagon new from an authorized Larktale retailer, an Extended Warranty can be purchased on Larktale.com and applied to your wagon purchase, as long as the Extended Warranty purchase is made before your original warranty expires.
No, Larktale does not provide a warranty on any product that is purchased second-hand. An Extended Warranty cannot be purchased to cover second-hand gear as these warranties are already invalid.
Larktale does not warrant any product that is
purchased from an unauthorized retailer. If you’re not sure if a retailer is an authorized dealer, please contact us to verify before purchasing. If your retailer is not an authorized Larktale dealer, your purchase will be invalid from any warranty coverage, including an Extended Warranty.
