Online Order Questions:
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less the original and return shipping charges. Please note that depending on where you are returning the product from, these shipping charges can cost up to 20% of the original purchase price as most of our items are considered oversized. For orders placed using a Special Needs Medical Discount, a $25 restocking fee may be applied. Refund processing time will depend upon your card issuer’s policies.
General Questions:
Our stroller/wagons can be used with a newborn only when a car seat adapter is attached, these are accessories that are sold separately. Please check the car seat adapter listing to determine compatible infant car seat brands with each adapter.
While the chit chat, caravan, and caravan coupe do have a recline, it is not suitable for a newborn and these seats should be used at 6 months and up.
Extended warranties can be purchased for our current product line for the US market only.
If you purchsed your stroller outside of the US, the warranty of your product is covered by the country in which you purchased it. If you purchased your product from a US retailer while living in another country, you will be responsible for any international shipping charges that may incur to fulfill a warranty claim.
Product Specific Questions:
HOW DO I UNFOLD THE STROLLER: The chit chat series strollers have an internal fold lock. To release the fold lock, slide the white trigger towards the top of the handlebar while gently pressing the stroller more closed, you will feel the internal lock release and you can then unfold the stroller. Do not attempt to unfold the stroller until you feel the internal lock release or you may cause damage to your stroller.
