Online Order Questions:
Most in-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Transit time can take up to 7 business days via FedEx Ground, depending on where you are shipping to. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date, however you will be provided with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, Larktale.com customers have 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt on most items to contact us and initiate the return of an item that was purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered and in its original packing. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@larktale.com or call us at 1-844-945-8378. Proof of purchase is required. Items noted as final sale and open box items are not eligible for returns.
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less the original and return shipping charges. Please note that depending on where you are returning the product from, these shipping charges can cost up to 20% of the original purchase price as most of our items are considered oversized. For orders placed using a Special Needs Medical Discount, a $25 restocking fee may be applied. Refund processing time will depend upon your card issuer’s policies.

General Questions:
Our coast, chit chat plus and autofold strollers, and the crossover in stroller mode, all have a full recline angle that is suitable for a newborn. The coast, chit chat plus and autofold also feature a built-in newborn foot barrier which safely encloses the foot well area of the stroller to help prevent babies from kicking and sliding when reclined.
Our stroller/wagons can be used with a newborn only when a car seat adapter is attached, these are accessories that are sold separately. Please check the car seat adapter listing to determine compatible infant car seat brands with each adapter.
Your baby should be able to sit up and hold their head up on their own before they can be safety seated in the non-flat position of their stroller seat – generally this at about 6 months old. Until this milestone, your baby should stay in the full-flat position or in their infant car seat using one of our car seat adapters.
While the chit chat, caravan, and caravan coupe do have a recline, it is not suitable for a newborn and these seats should be used at 6 months and up.
The best way to determine fit is to measure the head height of your child. This is the measurement from the top of their head to the tip of their tailbone. Your child’s head height should be less than the posted maximum head height as stated on each product page.
Our products can be spot cleaned using a damp cloth or baby wipe. For larger spills, all fabrics can be detached from their frame and hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. The fabric should always be attached to the frame to air dry. Do not place the stroller fabric in the dryer or air-dry off the frame.
Yes! The Larktale Ride-Along Stroller Board works on all our models and has a universal fit to most other strollers and stroller/wagons in the market. Our stroller board offers a 2-in-1 design with both sitting and standing positions for an older child. Additionally, all our products can be safely used with the Lascal BuggyBoard Maxi
Larktale offers a 2-year warranty on all strollers, stroller/wagons, and scooters, and a 1-year warranty on parts and accessories for all products sold after January 2019. Extended warranties can be purchased for our current product line for the US market only.
If you purchsed your stroller outside of the US, the warranty of your product is covered by the country in which you purchased it. If you purchased your product from a US retailer while living in another country, you will be responsible for any international shipping charges that may incur to fulfill a warranty claim.
The serial number for your stroller or stroller/wagon can be found on the outside of the box your item was packaged in. It can also be found on the stroller or stroller/wagon itself on a white sticker, either under the brake bar or on the inside of the frame. If you need assistance locating your serial number, please contact customer service.
Our strollers and stroller/wagons cannot be taken onto the airplane, however they can be gate checked. You can even add one of our travel bags to help protect your chit chat or coast stroller. And to make things even easier, our travel bags offer the option to leave the wheels exposed so you can roll your folded stroller along like luggage while traveling.

HOW MANY KIDS FIT IN THE NEW CARAVAN QUAD: Out of the box, the caravan Quad fits four children from 6 months to 48.5 lbs per seat, or 97 lbs per side. However, if you don't need that many seats, you can also transform the caravan Quad a 2-seater or a 3-seater by rearranging the harnesses to make each side fit one child instead of two. You can also attach the Larktale Ride-Along Stroller Board (sold separately) so an older child can ride along too.
WILL THE 2-SEATER CARAVAN ACCESSORIES FIT ON THE QUAD MODEL: Only the caravan snack tray set is compatible with the caravan Quad model. A custom Sun Topper, Pull Bar Kit, and Car Seat Adapter will be offered separately for the caravan Quad model.
WHICH ACCESSORIES WILL NOT FOLD WITH THE CARAVAN QUAD: You will need to remove the car seat adapters and the snack tray sets before folding your caravan Quad. The caravan Quad will fold with the sun canopies attached, but can be removed for a more compact fold. We always recommend removing the sun canopies before transporting the caravan in your vehicle.
CAN I USE THE CARAVAN QUAD WITH A NEWBORN: Yes! You can use a caravan Quad car seat adapter to safely stroll with a newborn. We offer caravan car seat adapters (sold separately) that are compatible with Maxi Cosi, Nuna, and Clek infant car seat models.
WILL THE CARAVAN QUAD FIT IN MY CAR TRUNK: The carvan Quad folds compactly and will fit in the trunk of a large sedan or stationwagon with the canopies removed. While you can fold the caravan Quad with the sun canopies attached, we always recommend removing them before transporting the caravan in your vehicle. When a car seat is attached it may be a tight fit for extra passengers to be seated in the wagon. We recommend taking a look at our Ride-Along Stroller Board (sold separately) if you need room for an older child to ride along until your baby is old enough to sit in the seat of the stroller/wagon.

WHAT ARE THE CHANGES FROM THE PREVIOUS MODEL: The new 2024 model has a new color style, a new no-rethread safety harness, and the storage basket is now removable and can be attached on either the front or the rear of the wagon. We have also replaced the original seat back organizer with a new parent console on the handlebar.

DO I NEED A CONVERSION KIT TO MAKE IT A WAGON: Nope! Everything you need to change between stroller mode and wagon mode is included and no tools are needed to make the conversion.
HOW EASY IS IT TO CHANGE BETWEEN STROLLER AND WAGON MODE: It will take less than 5 minutes. You will need to unthread the stroller seat pad's harness straps from the seat back fabric. Once the stroller seat pad is removed, you will reposition it as the main seat for wagon mode and secure it in place following the instructions in your manual. Reverse the steps to morph back into stroller mode.
WILL THE CROSSOVER FIT IN MY CAR TRUNK: The crossover folds flat for a reduced footprint and fits easily in the trunk of larger sedans. Please review the folded dimensions posted on the product page so you can best determine if it will fit in your car.
CAN I PUSH THE CROSSOVER IN WAGON MODE: When the crossover is converted into wagon mode, it can only be pulled by the included pull handle. We are working on a push handle accessory that we currently expect to be available in Spring 2024.

CAN I USE THE CROSSOVER WITH A NEWBORN: Yes! A newborn can safely lay in the fully reclined seat of the crossover in stroller mode only. The seats in wagon mode can be used from 6 months and up. A crossover car seat adapter is available and is compatible with Maxi Cosi, Nuna, and Clek infant car seat models. The car seat adapter can be used in both stroller and wagon mode, however, only one seat will be accessible in wagon mode when the car seat is attached. We recommend using our Ride-Along Stroller Board if you need space for a second child when the car seat adapter is in use.

HOW DO THESE STROLLERS FOLD: The chit chat series strollers fold flat in seconds using two triggers on the back of the seat. Squeeze both triggers firmly and continue squeezing as you lower the handlebar. Lift up on the fabric strap in the middle of the passenger seat and press the stroller closed until it clicks.
HOW DO I UNFOLD THE STROLLER: The chit chat series strollers have an internal fold lock. To release the fold lock, slide the white trigger towards the top of the handlebar while gently pressing the stroller more closed, you will feel the internal lock release and you can then unfold the stroller. Do not attempt to unfold the stroller until you feel the internal lock release or you may cause damage to your stroller.

WHICH OF THESE CAN I USE WITH A NEWBORN: The chit chat stroller is rated for 6 months and up, however the chit chat plus features a full recline angle that is safe to use with a newborn. The chit chat plus model also features our Newborn Foot Barrier that safely encloses the feet of your baby when they are fully reclined to help prevent kicking and sliding.

Our carry cot is perfect for all-day excursions, however it should not be used for overnight sleeping
