Medical Discount Program

We are proud to provide families that have children with autism, sensory sensitivities, and physical/mobility disabilities a 25% discount on Larktale's current line of stroller/wagons and their related accessories. The application process requires the completion of a form that includes the information of your child's board-licensed medical professional and your child's medical care provider must provide a signed letter on physician letterhead confirming the physical, social or psychological benefit to the patient using a stroller/wagon. 

Once the form is completed, our authorized representative will verify the information provided and will contact you directly with next steps via the email address provided on your application.

Open to residents of the US 50 States. Shipping charges will be incurred for orders placed for delivery to Hawaii, and Alaska. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and process your application. This program is valid only on Larktale.com and is subject to the standard policies set forth for order placement on our website. Discount cannot be combined with other offers or applied to sale items, other restrictions may apply.
