It takes less than a minute. You will need to remove the sprout sun canopy and then the adapter is pressure mounted onto the frame near the canopy bracket. Attach your car seat following the instructions. To remove your car seat from the adapter, use the same release lever that your car seat uses to detach from your installed vehicle base.
